So I left a voicemail to Ryan and as soon as he became aware of issue he met with me and figured out the problem . Good polite and very kind. When we stressed out trying to get space he made me feel relaxed and explained in detail how to work the AP. Thank you for your kindness.

I have rented out storages through the years. First Storage is the first storage company that I was very happy with. I didnt have to ... I have rented out storages through the years. First Storage is the first storage company that I was very happy with. I didnt have to buy a lock. That saved money and the hassle of another key on my keychain or misplacing it. The staff was friendly, helpful and worked with me. Their system is updated as well. You can use your phone to open the gate, doors and your storage unit. Your able to monitor your activity as well through the phone app. The hours to have access, it opens at 6am and closes at 10pm. That was also a plus. Dont let the location fool you. Did i also mention the prices are great. AC as well! The friendly employee that helped out was Ryan. Go check them out!!
