Kim was very helpful to us in selecting a unit that best fits our needs. There was another couple there, and the man became angry ... Kim was very helpful to us in selecting a unit that best fits our needs. There was another couple there, and the man became angry and was giving Kim a hard time because she was the only one onsite to assist, we were there first, and the unit he wanted wasn’t available due to an internal issue that couldn’t be resolved until Monday (this was a Saturday). We told Kim to take care of them first as we weren’t in a hurry. She handled the situation calmly and professionally, and the man later apologized for his outburst. Kim should be commended for a job well done!
