It is also climate controlled and has state of the art security. I have used other storage facilities in the past and this is by far the best experience I’ve had. I was not expecting the level of professionalism she brings to managing her facility when she is not only signing folks up for the technology that inspires this place, but also the personal skills she employs while teaching us how to navigate the building.. I've never seen such a beautiful storage facility with so much thought put into the safety and accessibility in all my life! Hospitality also abounds and she takes customer service to a whole new level by helping you set up the app to get into your unit and reviewing security codes to make sure you're comfortable with the operation and function of your unit. There are also promotions this month and the pricing is great for all the amenities offered in this new state of the art facility! I was very pleasantly surprised, and as a senior I have used storage for many decades and this is a breath of fresh air! Kim is also a strong ambassador for her company by taking the time to find a unit that fit my budget and I was comfortable with.. I rarely experience this level of dedication from staff these days, and I am beyond grateful that she heled me solve my storage problems so easily, I was not expecting that!
