Both Kim and Ronda helped get me set up, the process was easy enough and they took the time to answer any questions and concerns I had, also for a climate controlled unit the price was reasonable although I did opt to add a bit more insurance due to it being a business oriented storage unit. I would recommend them to friends and/or family 👍

First Storage is the most advanced and great to wok with of any storage company I have worked with and I have worked with a ... First Storage is the most advanced and great to wok with of any storage company I have worked with and I have worked with a lot. Plus in Travelers Rest you have a terrific manager to work with. Kim is Super. She helps in determining what type of unit to rent and is not only through but really makes the sigh up easy and quick to complete. If your wanting to get a storage unit you should include First Storage in your search

Kim was very helpful in helping me find a unit that fit my needs and that fit within my price range. After picking my unit ... Kim was very helpful in helping me find a unit that fit my needs and that fit within my price range. After picking my unit She walked me through the electronic locking system that the units use. The instructions were easy and simple to follow. She made sure that I was able to operate the locks without failure. If you live in the Travelers Rest area, not only is this a convenient spot (across from Gateway Elementary) to store your belongings. It is safe and secure.
