We were very impressed with the service we received signing up for storage units with First Storage in Huntsville, AL. Sarah, whom we met ... We were very impressed with the service we received signing up for storage units with First Storage in Huntsville, AL. Sarah, whom we met initially, was very friendly and informative about the pricing and was very helpful in showing the different sizes of the units and how the locking systems worked. My husband initially had some trouble with the sign up in the app and accidentally rented two units , but when he called the onsite office Kristina was happy to assist and quickly corrected the error. She also offered to meet with us and get the unit I rented for our personal items and the unit my husband rented for his mother’s things in close proximity , and showed us onsite where our units were located and how the locks on the units and the key pads for the external entryways worked. Overall our experience has been very positive and we are hoping that this level of customer service continues! Also note , the facility was very clean, climate controlled and well lit- and there was even a beverage area in the onsite front office for customers which I thought was a nice touch! They have storage supplies for purchase( like boxes, tape , etc) and “free to use” onsite carts for loading and unloading. And best of all the prices are reasonable! Try them out if you are in the need for a storage facility!! A. Lee
