I have been with this facility not long after they opened. I had a unit through another company that was broken into n not much ... I have been with this facility not long after they opened. I had a unit through another company that was broken into n not much was done by the staff, in fact never saw any staff from the time I rented to the unit to the time I moved my stuff out of it and placed it with First storage. The cost of pocket friendly which I appreciate along with the security measures they have throughout the facility. I have a unit that as soon as someone enters it, it alerts me which I love. My belongings I feel are more secure here than any storage facility I’ve used in the past. When I go 90 percent of the time the storage manager or another staff is there which I feel is great to actually speak with someone and not a box with a person in it. I have a unit that is also huge with temp. control as I want to keep my belongings as long as possible and in still great condition. Between only having to use my phone to get into the gate, the building and my unit the cost is so amazing. I’ll be staying with them as long as I need storage. Thank you to the staff here for being so friendly offering water during the hot months. Need more storage places like this!!!
