Update 07152025: there was someone in office and I'm satisfied at the result. 07142025: I spoke with someone earlier today from the phone number attached to this listing (no one was on-site), but just now I called it twice and it hung up on me after three rings both times; no answering service or anything. That’s a very strange, even suspicious thing to happen with a business. Update: They replied shortly after my comment inviting me to call back. I called them twice just now 5:30 pm, with the same issue (ringing then disconnected). I just hope someone is inseed in office Jul 15th at 1:45pm to let me in to access my belongings. I've been patient that their app has been having issues but as their customer service, which I contacted by scanning the QR code on the physical office sign this morning at 11am, still hasn't contacted me (it's 2pm)... I'm regretting choosing this company... As I need to schedule someone to be in office so I can access my items tomorrow (as the app isn't working), I really hope I can get ahold of them.

Answered all my questions and was very transparent about what we needed to know about our new spot! Very energetic and helpful, truly the best. Had dealt with previous manager and she was very rude and short worded and made it seem like we were a bother. So happy a change in management. And since change in management the facility has been much cleaner and operable! It was exhausting always seeing the 1st floor trash can overflowing or the carts all be on one floor and not available for the basement ... This change has been great for the business and customers! Keep it up!!

The facility is convenient and well laid out. The staff are knowledgeable and very, very nice. The procedures for unit rental are very reasonable, and ... I do have some serious dissatisfactions about the StorID security system, which is fielded by Assa Abloy. It is secure enough, I'm sure, but its color scheme makes the user interface almost unreadable.
