My husband and myself rented a unit Friday for my daughter during her college semester at A&T last year we had some issues with this location won't go into much more detail it was a totally different company name extra space and they were not so pleasant to say the least. Nevertheless we met Asia at our open house with our daughter and she explained how it was a new company called First Storage and she was not only the store manager but an Alumni of the school. She explained how she made sure that things like what happened last year wouldn't happen this year and invited us to the property, the property was BEAUTIFUL and clean she showed us several units at different prices that could work and after meeting Asia and seeing the facility we were more than happy to give this location another chance. Thank you Asia for everything you did to make our move In process nothing but amazing

I moved in today with my mom and dad and Asia was amazing . we have been going through a moving process and you know ... I moved in today with my mom and dad and Asia was amazing . we have been going through a moving process and you know how difficult that can be. She was son personable she even showed us how to properly lock and secure our unit. She helped us with U Haul and offered to stay longer because we had issues with our code she wanted to make sure we had a smooth transition . She just made me feel like it’s still amazing people in the world. Thank you again Asia for EVERYTHING I can put enough emphasis on that. Thank you First Storage for hiring her. She definitely leaves an Amazing impression

So let me tell you about first storage. I’ve been a tenant here at this location since it opened. It opened under a different name ... So let me tell you about first storage. I’ve been a tenant here at this location since it opened. It opened under a different name that being ESP. So if you know you know. I was pretty happy with ESP until they pulled some not so professional business practice on me and wouldn’t even bother to call me back just to talk about set issue, so yeah basically cowards. Then I got a letter in the mail stating they would no longer be the operators and first storage would be taking over at first I was like oh heck no it had a couple issues in the beginning because of the switchover. Now mind you I’ve been with ESP for going on six years and another location then this location as well so it perturbed me. But then as time is gone on I’ve gotten to know the manager Asia a little bit or at least she knows me by name and has worked with me a couple times on a couple things. She is by far one of the best storage facility managers. I have had the pleasure of working with. Since our very first interaction to the interaction I had today she has kept it 100 without a doubt she has been helpful, professional personal all the things so if I could give any more praise, I absolutely would because she has gone above and beyond to help me numerous occasions. And I can’t be thankful enough huge two thumbs up for this chica and for first storage for going above and beyond and also exceeding my expectations for a storage facility. Our belongings are our treasure and to have a facility that is willing to work with you in the way that this one has means more than words could say, but I tried damn hard lol
