Just checked in my new unit. The girls were very helpful in showing me the space and explaining the process. I chose to go online ... Just checked in my new unit. I chose to go online so I could save a few dollars but they still assisted me by answering my questions and even gave me a couple free pen. The facility is very clean and seems very well maintained. I'm moving my things in!! :-)

I have yet to move things into storage. I am basing my rating on the cleanliness and atmosphere of the facility. Mel was very helpful ... I have yet to move things into storage. She showed the demo room and referenced out the different storage sizes. The facility is very clean and has bathrooms. There is also a small station to sit down and take a break with books inside as well. I am happy with the service and the look of the facility.
